- Presenters: December, December, 08, 07:59 Japan Time - December 07, 23:59 Paris Time.
- General audience: December, 11, 23:59 Japan Time - December, 11, 15:59 Paris Time.
Oral presentation
Young researcher / Student oral presentation: 15 minutes + 5 minutes for QA.
Professor oral presentation: 20 minutes + 10 minutes for Questions and Answers.
All oral presenters should send their oral presentation slides (in PDF format) by December 15th, 23:59 (JST). These will be made available after the workshop, at the website.
Poster presentation
To be held on the same day as the oral presentation. Each presenter should be at their designated spot on Gather during the time of their poster session.
All poster presenters should send a “presentation kit” by December, December, 08, 07:59 Japan Time - December 07, 23:59 Paris Time.
This kit includes:
- Spotlight Video: They will be made available at the website and at the entrance of poster session room on Gather.
- 1 minute long video with brief introduction of your presentation.
- Resolution: 720p or better.
- Format: mp4.
- Spotlight slides: To be available at the website.
- Slides used in the spotlight video.
- 1 to 2 slides.
